Hexa Go
Tap hex tiles to slide them off the board, but clear the path first or lose a heart. Stacked puzzle levels get trickier fast.
About this game
Hexa Go is a satisfying puzzle played on hexagonal tiles. Every tile has an arrow, and the tile you tap slides off the board in the direction of its arrow. You have to clear the way first: if another tile is in front of it, it crashes and you lose a heart. Levels begin with flat boards and grow into stacks two, three and four layers high, with stones that do not move and oddly shaped boards.
In stacked levels only the top tile of a stack can move, and a tile is only blocked by tiles at its own height or higher. You can turn the board to see all the arrows and zoom in for tricky spots. If you are stuck, Hint highlights a tile that can leave safely, and Rotate turns a single tile's arrow toward a clear way out. Both are limited, but a short ad gets you more. Lose all your hearts and the level restarts.
Tips
- Take out tiles that face the edge with nothing in front of them first.
- If a tile is blocking another, look for a way to remove the blocker first.
- In stacks, do not work on lower tiles before you clear the ones on top.
- Do not move before you have turned the board and looked at every arrow.
With a mouse or touch you tap a tile; dragging turns the board, and the wheel or two fingers zoom. On the keyboard, H is hint, T is rotate, Q/E turn the board and R restarts.
How to play
Tap a tile to send it sliding in the direction of its arrow. If the way is clear, the tile flies off the board. If another tile or a stone blocks it, it crashes and you lose a heart. Clear every tile to finish the level. In stacked levels, only the top tile of a stack can move, and a tile is only blocked by tiles at its own height or higher. Stuck? Press Hint to highlight a tile that can leave safely. Press Rotate, then tap a tile to turn its arrow toward a clear way out. You have a limited number of both, and you can watch a short ad for more. Lose all your hearts and the level restarts.
