About this game
Twisty.io is a fast, free 3D snake battle. You glide around a colorful arena, eat glowing candy to grow longer and try to outsmart a crowd of rival snakes. You cut off rivals by boosting in front of them and make them crash into your body; a snake that dies drops all its food, which turns into a feast.
You earn coins every round and spend them in the shop on skins and trail effects. There are common, rare and gold looks, and you can also unlock exclusive VIP and VIP+ skins by watching short ads. You can choose your arena or play a random one: Meadow, Beach, Snow, Sunset and Night.
The rule is simple: if your head touches another snake's body or the arena wall, you are out. Boosting burns length, so it has to be used thoughtfully.
Tips
- Circle around big snakes and collect the food spilled when they fall; wait for an opening instead of colliding head-on.
- Use boost to cut a rival off or to escape, not constantly.
- Turn early when approaching the wall; the edge is where sudden deaths happen most.
- When you try to trap someone with your own body, do not hit your own tail.
On a computer you steer with the mouse and boost by clicking and holding or with Space; on a phone you use the joystick on the left and the BOOST button on the right.
How to play
Eat the glowing candy to grow longer and climb the leaderboard. If your head touches another snake's body or the arena wall, you are out. Boost to cut off rivals and make them crash into you. When a snake dies it drops all its food, so circle the big snakes and grab the leftovers. Boosting burns length, so use it wisely. After each round you earn coins to spend in the shop.
Controls
Desktop: Move the mouse to steer. Click and hold or press Space to boost.
Mobile: Use the joystick on the left to steer. Hold the BOOST button on the right to speed up.
